AI tools, consulting, and training engagements

Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, licenses, and warranties for any custom AI, consulting, or training engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Thanks Anderson, Inc. In the absence of such an agreement, the Services and any materials are provided “as is.”

Intellectual property

All content, designs, software, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Thanks Anderson, Inc. and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Acceptable use
