About us

Thanks Anderson, Inc. is a Michigan S Corporation and a marketing, advertising, consulting, and technology company providing:

• Custom AI tools, automation, and integration for businesses.
• AI training and implementation for businesses and public agencies.
• Sales training and enablement, including the tools that support it.
• Free diagnostic tools, including the Bottleneck Finder.

The Bottleneck Finder and other free tools

The Bottleneck Finder is a free diagnostic that asks a series of questions about how work moves through your business and returns a written brief containing an assessment, suggested next steps, and estimated price ranges.

• The brief is not a quote, proposal, or binding price. Price ranges are general market estimates. Actual pricing is set only in a written scope agreed by both parties.
• Estimated savings, recovered hours, and cost figures are calculations based on the numbers you enter. They are illustrative projections, not guarantees of results. Your actual results will differ.
• The brief is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Verify independently anything you intend to rely on.
• The brief is yours to keep. You may download it, share it internally, and take it to any other vendor or advisor. We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for your own business purposes.
• The tool itself remains our property: its questions, rules, logic, scoring, pricing models, and underlying software. See Intellectual property below.

Client engagements

The scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and ownership of work product for any paid engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on the Services constitutes an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to perform work.

Content on the Services is for general informational and marketing purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.

Use of the Services

Permitted use

You may use the Services for lawful purposes related to evaluating your own business, learning about our services, or requesting our services.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or administrative areas;
• Interfere with the Services, including submitting automated, excessive, or abusive requests to our diagnostic tools;
• Use automated systems, scrapers, or bots without our written consent;
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, reconstruct, or reproduce the rules, logic, pricing models, prompts, or question sets underlying our tools;
• Submit content intended to manipulate, bypass, or alter the behavior of our AI-assisted systems;
• Use our tools or their output to build or train a competing product or service;
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Availability and rate limits

We may limit, throttle, suspend, or discontinue access to our free tools at any time, including to prevent abuse. The tools are provided on an as-available basis.

Information you provide

You represent that information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Output from our tools depends on the accuracy of what you enter. While we treat your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, you should not transmit highly sensitive information through unsecured methods. For sensitive material relating to an engagement, we will provide a secure transmission method.

Appointment scheduling

When you book an appointment through our calendar, you agree to provide accurate contact information, to attend or give reasonable notice of cancellation, and to understand that availability is subject to change.

Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, video, software, the Bottleneck Finder, and the rules, logic, question sets, scoring, and pricing models behind it, is the property of Thanks Anderson, Inc. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Ownership of work product created under a client engagement is governed by that engagement's written agreement.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers for hosting, database, communications, analytics, and artificial-intelligence processing, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of third parties.

Disclaimers

No warranties

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

AI-generated output

Output produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

No guarantee of results

Estimates of time saved, costs avoided, return on investment, or business improvement are projections based on inputs you supply and general assumptions. They are not guarantees, and we do not warrant any particular business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thanks Anderson, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or their output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability relating to the website and free tools shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability arising under a signed client engagement is governed by that agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thanks Anderson, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another party.

Dispute resolution

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall take place in Kent County, Michigan. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.

Changes, termination, and severability

We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend access to the Services at our discretion for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder shall remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Services, separate from any written agreement governing a client engagement.
