Built in the field,
not the abstract.

I'm Drew Anderson. I help families get protected, I build AI tools that take the manual work off people's plates, and I train teams to use them. Different work — one throughline: I build what I needed while doing the job myself.

The throughline

I didn't set out to run three practices.

For more than 20 years I've worked in sales and management — much of it in territory management, where I grew one region by more than 300% and learned how to turn ambiguity into a repeatable process. Then I became a licensed life insurance producer, and I ran into the same wall everyone in this business hits: the work that actually helps people is buried under manual, repetitive tasks. Which carrier fits this specific client. What the underwriting actually says. How to get a case placed without three days of back-and-forth.

So I started building. I taught myself to direct modern AI systems the way I'd once run a sales territory — a clear outcome, and a lot of iteration. The first real result was Max: a tool that gives agents fast, accurate answers on carrier and product fit, so they spend their time with clients instead of digging through documents. It isn't a demo. Agents use it in their day-to-day work.

That's the whole throughline. I build the thing I needed, prove it in my own business first, then help other people put it to work. The field taught me where the friction is. Building taught me the leverage. Now I do both — helping families get protected, helping businesses get the manual work off their people, and helping public agencies figure out where AI actually fits.

What I bring

The range is the point.

The practitioner

I work in the field I build for

Licensed life insurance producer (NPN 16394128), serving families across 17 states with 12 national carriers. I don't theorize about the problems — I have them.

The builder

I ship real software

Max is in daily use by licensed agents — built by directing AI coding systems, not waiting on a dev team. Production tools that give people their hours back, on a founder's timeline.

The operator

20+ years in sales and management

Including a territory I grew 300%+, plus hands-on experience leading and training teams. I've run the processes I now streamline — so I know what adoption actually takes.

The discipline

I've run high-stakes projects

As a Licensed Builder I managed complex construction and renovation work — the same rigor around scope, deadlines, and getting it right that I bring to software.

The standard

Precision over hype

When the work touches people's money and their families, close enough isn't. Compliance and accuracy come first, every time.

My flagship build, Max, is the clearest proof of how I work. I don't talk about AI in theory — I put a working tool in agents' hands and let the results carry the argument. That's the bar for everything I build.

How I work

Three rules I don't break.

Build the real thing

Production tools, not prototypes. If it can't survive daily use, it isn't finished.

Do right by people

The tool serves the client — never the other way around. The recommendation is the one that fits, not the one that pays.

Precision over hype

Especially where compliance, money, and families are involved. I'd rather be right than loud.

Next step

Where is your team losing hours?

Book a 30-minute call and we'll find the bottleneck — the manual step, the stalled handoff, the process nobody wants to own — and whether it's worth automating. Want to see one working first? Ask for a demo of Max.

Straight answers, no pitch. If AI isn't the right tool for it, I'll tell you.
