Can someone just look at how we use AI and help?
A free AI session is time with Drew Anderson inside your real work: we watch how you use AI and your tools, fix one thing on the spot, and leave you with what to do next. There are two kinds, the AI Pulse Check for a team and the 1-on-1 AI Tune-Up for one person, and neither comes with anything to buy.
Which session fits you?
Both are free, both are done with you rather than presented at you, and both end with something you can use the same day.
AI Pulse Check
- Who it’s for
- A business with a few people (or one person with real volume), with the owner or a manager there.
- What happens
- We watch two or three people do their real work, note where the hours go and where AI is helping or isn’t, and fix one small thing on the spot, with your OK and while you watch.
- What you keep
- A one-page note: what we saw, the one thing we fixed, the next three things in order, and what you can do yourself this week.
1-on-1 AI Tune-Up
- Who it’s for
- Anyone using AI for business work: owners, staff, solo operators.
- What happens
- Bring one task or tool that isn’t working the way you want. We fix the prompt, the setting or the step with you, live.
- What you keep
- The fixed prompt or steps, and one next step.

Small things with an immediate payoff. Anything bigger goes in the note as a next step, in order, with what you can do yourself first.
Better prompts

An automation that stopped working
The zap, flow or rule that quietly broke, found and put right.
A simple workflow
One handoff that used to depend on someone remembering, set to happen on its own.
Safe-use basics
What should and shouldn’t be pasted into an AI tool, written down for your team.

Common questions about the free sessions
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no contract, and nothing to buy afterward. If we see something worth a paid fix we’ll name it once, at the end, and the decision is yours.
Why would you do this for free?
Because it’s the fastest way for you to see how we work, and some of the businesses we help hire us for a bigger fix later. Plenty won’t, and that’s fine. We’d rather you leave with something that works than with a sales pitch.
Will you ask me for a review?
Once, afterward, the same way we ask everyone, and only if the session helped. It is never a condition of the session, because Google’s Maps content rules forbid trading anything for a review, and we agree with them.
Do you need logins to our systems?
Only for the one thing we fix, and only while you’re there. You can change any password afterward, and we don’t keep copies of anything.
We’re not in Phoenix. Can we still do a Pulse Check?
Yes, by video. You share your screen, we watch the same way, and the one-page note is the same.
What if the answer is that we don’t need anything?
Then that’s what the note says. Sometimes the honest answer is to keep doing what you’re doing.
What’s the one thing you’d want someone to look at first? Tell us in the form above, or just book the 30 minutes and bring it with you.
